About The Opportunity

 

Grubhub Holdings, Inc. seeks Software Development Engineers IO in Chicago, IL.

Ensure that the functionality that makes its way from developers' computers and into the wild meets the high expectations of both our stakeholders and our customers. Be embedded in an autonomous team comprised of developers, product managers, DevOps, and design. Create our automated QA strategy (and help us implement it), code review integration tests from the development team, and continually look to improve our testing and deployment strategies across APIs and UIs.

You Should Have


Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field plus 5 years of experience; or in the alternative a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field plus 4 years of experience. Experience in the following: Basic Linux, Java (or a similar OO language) coding, web services, Selenium, writing integration tests, creating QA strategies, and creating test cases that include both happy path and all manner of edge cases.
