The Software Release Administrator is a team-focused individual with a passion for identifying and prioritizing processes to ensure Paylocity releases well-built and highly tested software. This role will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, End User Design, Implementations, Support and other internal teams to coordinate activities related to the release of new software products into the market.

Required Experience: 

  • 1+ yrs related experience with a general understanding of website, web servers and/or how software delivery works
  • Detailed oriented, highly organized with the ability to prioritize many open tickets at once
  • Working knowledge of Payroll, Time and Attendance industries and/or compliance a plus
  • Able to work on off hours and weekends as the need arise (such as Production release)

During the last three months, you would have:

  • Responded to high volume of support tickets
  • Coordinate activities related to the release of new software products into the market. 
  • Dealt with multiple groups of stakeholders
  • Communicated changes and/or updates via various communication channels
