• Work closely with traders and developers to solve both functional and technical issues
• Clearly define and document all issues
• Manage multiple incidents simultaneously in a high pressure environment
• Effectively and thoroughly inform customers of incident progress
• Analyze log files to with intent to define and/or resolve issues.
• Replicate customer software issues to diagnose and resolve issues quickly
• Test software functionality and participate in reproducing software issues as necessary
• Sunday-Thursday shift

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Finance
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong teamwork orientation, interaction and collaboration
• A willingness to learn the mechanics underlying modern electronic trading
