Key Responsibilities:

  • Align data integration strategy and direction with organizational strategy and customer needs
  • Understand and consult with customer goals and integration requirements, including import/export of data, analytics, reporting, Single Sign-On (SSO) and more
  • Lead Implementation of customer data integrations (e.g. eligibility, SSO, Analytic Report Exports)
  • Lead and assess technically-oriented customer conversations
  • Serve in a project manager capacity for simple to medium complexity data integration projects
  • Define data integration and reporting requirements.
  • Understand customer use cases and translate to product navigation
  • Perform solution testing as required and verify data accuracy
  • Work with other internal resources across multiple disciplines to ensure successful onboarding of multiple enterprise customers -- with varying degrees of complexity and implementation timelines
  • Work with Retrofit sales team, partners and the customers directly to prepare for and lead 'scoping' call(s) to better understand customer “custom” integration requirements
  • Work with Sales to respond to technical RFP questions. Document technical RFP response snippets to be used in subsequent RFPs  
  • Execute and manage customer security questionnaires in a timely manner
  • Educate and train the Account Management team on security and technical areas

What you need:

  • BS degree or higher
  • 5+ years as Integration Technology Manager, Solutions Engineer, Data Integration Architect, Technical Sales Engineer or similar roles
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/Privacy, Information Security and Public Key Cryptography
  • Deep knowledge of programming languages in the context of security and technical discussions
  • Advanced Knowledge of Web API and data exchange formats
  • Advanced knowledge of database models & schemas
  • Advanced knowledge of secure transfer
  • Demonstrate conceptual & analytical thinking
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Unquestionable commitment to execution
  • Strong escalation management
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Collaborates well with cross functional groups
  • High-growth companies and/or start-up experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel

Key Competencies:  Ability to perform advanced ad-hoc SQL functions and joins, proven experience in writing business requirements documents (BRD’s), can apply an entrepreneurial approach and passion to problem solving to building products
