 4 Point Consulting is helping expand Highland Solutions team with a CRM Solutions Architect.

The CRM Solutions Architect plays a key role with Highland’s prospects and clients in defining, clarifying and structuring potentially valuable CRM technology-enabled solutions. This person aligns client strategic goals and objectives with solution designs that envision a complete solution within the overall business and technology environment. The CRM Solutions Architect works to quickly understand the business objectives and challenges and then recommends solutions using CRM and other relevant technology platforms and Highland’s delivery methodology.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Highland sales and account management team to create proposed architectures and technical strategies for new and existing large, integrated, complex solutions.
  • Perform initial assessments to define project feasibility, potential benefits, and solution estimates.
  • Prepare and deliver demos of findings and proposed solutions.
  • Design and recommended solutions in collaboration with client decision makers and IT leaders, with particular focus on system integrations, complex business requirements, and CRM customizations.
  • Support delivery teams as needed in a client-facing role for ongoing architectural decisions and guidance during project delivery.
  • Serve as a hands-on senior technical resource for delivery teams to ensure they are building the solution as designed and responding to new learning and requirements.
  • Answer technical questions and resolve technology related objections.
  • Develop proof of concept applications, spikes, and APIs.
  • Debug and diagnose failing solutions.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
  • 3+ years of technical leadership, preferably in consulting.
  • CRM experience preferred but will train including Salesforce, Dynamics, or SugarCRM.
  • Programming experience in PHP or other modern language.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL.
  • 4 year bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
  • The ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies.
  • Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Extensive experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives.
  • Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
