Solutions Marketing Manager
What you’ll do
The Solutions Marketing Team works in close partnership with Customer Insights, Product Development and Customer Experience teams to identify and develop meaningful solutions that combine distinctive products with best-in-class experience. In addition, the Solutions Marketing Team is responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy for new solutions, and leading the broader marketing team in the integrated marketing planning and campaign development process and owning the creation of all product- and experience-related marketing touchpoints, oversight of the go-to-market plan execution and measurement.
What your day will look like
This role will partner across the organization to identify and develop meaningful new product and experience solutions to engage and immerse consultants and consumers in the Pampered Chef brand and develop marketing plans to drive demand for these new product solutions and customer experiences through the direct sales channel. More specifically, this role will:
- Partner with Product Development, Customer Experience and Customer Insights teams to develop innovative product solutions and consumer experiences that address consumer pain points, generate revenue through the consultant channel and elevate Pampered Chef positioning and value proposition
- Develop strategic marketing plans for product solutions and customer experience launches in partnership with cross-functional marketing teams to increase household penetration and consultant sales of Pampered Chef solutions.
- Develop detailed project plans and lead cross-functional teams to launch marketing plans that support new solutions on time and within budget parameters
- Analyze and synthesize data from disparate sources to inform and support business recommendations and assess performance
- Craft compelling positioning and messaging narratives across different marketing touchpoints to support solutions and drive consultant and consumer engagement
- Develop programs, tools and training that enable the consultant sales force to effectively market and sell Pampered Chef solutions
- Measure and track performance of new solutions in-market and identify and execute optimization plans
Other skills you’ll need
- 6+ years of marketing and campaign planning and execution experience delivering successful multi-channel programs
- Academic background in marketing, business or related field. Undergraduate college degree required. MBA preferred.
- CPG and/or kitchen products/services industry experience preferred
- Experience using lean / agile processes to develop new products and experiences preferred
- Experience crafting compelling value proposition, messaging and positioning narratives across channels, and developing targeted content strategies
- Proven success leading the launch and enhancement of consumer products and services; design thinking experience a plus
- Proven experience training and providing a sales channel with content and tools to enable them to effectively market and sell products and/or services.
