MAIN COURSE (Job Responsibilities):

Our team creates, maintains, and evaluates strategy, programs and resources that our independent sales consultants use every day. We examine what works, what doesn’t, and strive to provide the best possible experience for our consultants and customers.At Pampered Chef, data drives all of our decisions and strategies. In this role, you’ll analyze our biggest challenges and opportunities related to our direct sales force. The successful candidate will have an ability to gather field insights, provide analyses for strategic decision making, execute cross-functional initiatives and measure results.  Your role is critical to driving Pampered Chef’s recognition, incentive and sales force enabling strategies.  You must demonstrate an enthusiasm to helping transform Pampered Chef and have a desire for continuous learning and development and.  This role is also an opportunity to develop strategic thinking and project management skills.  This position reports to the Senior Manager, Field Strategy.  More specifically, this role entails the following:

  • Support the development of a comprehensive Pampered Chef field performance strategy – focusing on recognition, incentive and compensation programs and sales tools.
  • Assist in the strategic development and implementation of programs that drive performance in the field.
  • Develop and implement field sales tools and dashboards (with collaboration from IT team).
  • Analyze the impact and contribution of current and future field incentive programs and develop process to track on a continuous basis.
  • Analyze the impact and performance of compensation plan for independent sales consultants.
  • Project manage the implementation of incentive and recognition programs.
  • Forecast the number of recognition and incentive earners to better predict impact and cost of programs.
  • Collect field competitive intelligence including best practices within and outside of the direct selling channel.
KEY INGREDIENTS (Position Requirements):
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or economics.
  • 2-3 years of high-performing experience in business analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Able to gather and leverage data to make decisions and drive growth using analytics and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams to accomplish objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all levels of management and the independent sales consultants. 
  • Experience within a sales analytics function, preferred.
  • Experience working with an independent agent or direct sales channel, preferred.
  • MS Excel pro.
  • Must be highly proficient with MS Office suite (including PowerPoint, Access).
  • Approximately 10% travel required
