This is where YOU come in:
As Enova’s Sr. Compensation Manager, you will lead all aspects of managing Enova’s total compensation program, work directly with the Compensation Committee of Enova’s Board of Directors, and be the ‘go-to’ consultant for our HRBP’s and business partners for everything needed to ensure Enova maintains our competitive advantage.
You’ll be responsible for leading our salary based programs and initiatives. You will identify supportive market research and leverage competitive and relevant trends to support salary recommendations that ensure Enova’s base salaries remain competitive. You’ll be the lead for our variable incentive pay programs including our annual short-term bonus plan, operations monthly commissions plans, sales incentives plus act as our Operations Incentive Committee Chair. Enova is a publically held company so our Associates have a stake in the game and really ‘Operate As Owners’. You’ll manage our long-term incentive equity program, lead all grant and vesting activities with our stock plan administrator and manage and monitor share utilization. In addition to all this, you’ll have your hands on our Plan documents, work directly with our Compensation Committee and be relied on for analytics and reports working in partnership with HRBP’s and business partners on various compensation initiatives. You’re right for this job if you have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years’ experience in a professional compensation role.
• Experience administering public company senior executive compensation plans.
• Prior direct involvement working with a Board of Directors
• Led compensation programs from annual merit planning, variable pay (annual & commission), and outsourced stock plan administration.
• Strong technical/analytical skills.
• An ability to manipulate data in Excel and knowledge of advanced Excel formulas and analytics.
• Experience using online marking pricing tools, creating and managing salary ranges.
• Driven organization-wide projects from end to end including strategy, execution, and communication activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including group presentation skills and ability to influence.
• Effectively managed sensitive and confidential communications and materials.
• Ability to positively interact and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated commitment to an organization and a “can do” attitude.
