Job Description

STATS helps teams, leagues and brands find the winning edge. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and accomplished Senior Web and Graphic Designer to join our Global Demand Generation team.  This individual will focus on maintaining the corporate STATS.com website and creating engaging cross-platform graphics.

What You’ll Do:
• Drive STATS’ visual identity and design strategy for all market segments and channels (including, but not limited to: website, email, webinars, newsletters, marketing and sales collateral, events and conferences)
• Ensure STATS’ visual identity accurately reflects the company’s vision and culture
• Analyze data from google analytics and user experience tests to continuously improve website design and customer journey on STATS.com and other properties to drive stronger prospect engagement and higher lead conversion
• Support email campaigns by developing new templates while maintaining best practices for email code
• Design engaging graphics and infographics for use on social media and web surrounding major sporting events and stories
• Ideate, develop and design presentations for customers and prospects including Requests for Proposal (RFP)
• Work collaboratively with other designers throughout the organization to ensure all graphics are the highest quality, on-brand, and consistent
• Edit raw video footage to generate brief videos for website and social media use

Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on web and/or graphic design preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with both web and graphic design. Must be able to show comprehensive portfolio
• Expert level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Powerpoint; experience with Dreamweaver, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition preferred
• Expertise in WordPress design and development; proficiency in HTML and CSS; experience with PHP and Javascript a plus
• Current on the latest trends, styles and technologies in web design; intimate knowledge and skill with color theory, composition and typography best practices; understanding of development for cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• The ability to take abstract ideas and develop them in an easy-to-digest Powerpoint format to support internal and external communications
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a meticulous attention to detail
• An understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to create custom reports, analyze results, and adapt design based on data analyzed. Experience with marketing automation and CRM software (e.g. Marketo and Saleforce) and Content Management System software preferred
• Experience editing video footage preferred
• The ability to collaborate within a marketing team and with other departments
• Passion for and understanding of professional sports globally.  Deep understanding of trends in in digital media, broadcast and brand activations an advantage
