Sr. Director/Director, Client Operations
- Leads the growth and success of 4-8 AVIA health system clients as measured by client retention rates, solution adoption rates, upsell opportunities, and client satisfaction rates.
- Establishes a broad footprint of relationships within each account and detailed knowledge of their strategic priorities, organizational processes, and operational constraints.
- Establishes credibility and builds trust with health system leaders to shape their decisions and accelerate decision making, specifically with respect to solutions that address a specific health system need and deliver a compelling ROI.
- Develops client communications tailored to a range of audiences, from senior health care executives to key influencers and other partnership stakeholders.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for client healthcare executives, responding to client requests, and identifying appropriate AVIA resources to deliver results.
- Prepares and leads client calls and on-site visits effectively managing expectations, progress and planning for value delivery, leveraging AVIA resources.
- Continually monitors client activity and identifies opportunities for AVIA to expand the range of services it provides to each account.
- Gathers and shares client feedback to contribute to product development efforts and increased client satisfaction across AVIA’s portfolio of provider clients.
- Supports and refines standardized account management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of health systems and experience working with provider organizations is required.
- 10+ years of work experience in consulting, health care management or equivalent consultative business development experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making, close deals, and manage a large, complex book of business, including management of renewals and identification of cross-sell opportunities.
- Experience in leveraging a CRM to drive client communication and internal reporting; working knowledge of Salesforce is strongly preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent rapport with clients at all levels, internal and external.
- Superb problem solving skills and strong interpersonal skills to effectively convey management needs to colleagues and functions throughout the company.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to internal and external senior management teams.
- Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment and dealing with ambiguity is a must.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 30% and up to 60% of the time is required.
- Location: Chicago preferred but open to East Coast
