PowerReviews works with more than 1,000 global brands and retailers to deliver cloud-based software that collects and displays ratings and reviews on websites.

PowerReviews is looking for a talented product manager to help us drive the vision and execution of the PowerReviews product offering. You will leverage large amounts of disparate datasets, user research, customer interviewing, and rapid testing of ideas to build new and enhance existing features. You will work with the product team to define the capabilities that our customers and shoppers will use to move the product offering forward. This position will report directly to the SVP, Product Management.

Key Accountabilities

• Understand PowerReviews’ strategic and competitive position in the market and deliver products that are recognized as world class.
• Define and own a product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for assigned Consumer Products initiatives including leading client portal experience and toolsets.
• Apply data driven approaches to guiding your decisions and continuously iterate on the PowerReviews product offerings to drive incremental value.
• Coordinate with new product development team (designers, engineers) and cross-functional stakeholders to insure product features are well communicated, understood, and adopted by our customers.
• Partner with internal teams to assess new market opportunities for servicing new markets.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• 5+ years experience in Web/SaaS product management or equivalent
• Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Team mentality to do what’s best for the product
• Comfortable making decisions without complete information
• Able to develop financial analysis
• User empathy & strong design aesthetic
• Be open and flexible to jump in where help is needed
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Professional experience in ecommerce and/or online retail

Our Tech Stack

At PowerReviews we use lots of open source software and use Amazon Web Services (almost) exclusively. Our current stack consists of Linux, Java, Tomcat, Nginx, PostgreSQL, MySQL, ElasticSearch, React.js, Docker, and some Ruby on Rails. In AWS we make use of EC2, DynamoDB, RDS, Redshift, Elastic Beanstalk, S3, Elasticache, (both Redis and Memcached), Elastic Map Reduce, and Cloudfront. Other stuff we use includes Sumologic, Datadog, Selenium, and Packer.
