 Leapfrog Online is looking for a Sr. Paid Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join a team of energetic, passionate Digital Marketers. As a Sr. Paid Search Specialist at Leapfrog Online, you will have a seat at the table with Account Management, Business Analytics and other teams to develop and execute forward thinking Digital Media campaigns for our clients.  You will implement and work to develop campaigns that increase performance, demonstrate ROI and deliver against the business goals of our clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Hands on management of Paid Search campaigns across multiple search engines.
  • Daily Bid optimization, ad copy testing, landing page testing, keyword mining.
  • Analyzing daily campaign performance of SEM campaigns.
  • Communicating new digital media opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Blending industry experience with data backed decisions to meet or exceed client goals or expectations.
  • Providing competitive analysis, marketplace analysis, and creation of POVs on the latest industry trends.
  • Raising the bar of ‘industry standards’ through implementation of SEM strategies.
  • Communication of how Paid Search and other forms of digital media play in our clients’ overall media mix.
  • Development of test campaigns designed to understand the impact drivers of SEM
  • Implementing new and innovative strategies while measuring and communicating the business impact of the results.
  • Staying on top of the digital marketing landscape through industry articles, blogs, and vendor presentations.
  • Potentially managing Paid Search Specialist(s) to handle strategy implementation.


Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years in a hands on role managing front to end Paid Search campaigns
  • 2+ Years developing and communicating ideas and SEM strategies across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills. Must be able to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data.
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as work in a team in a collaborative, problem-solving environment
  • 2+ years hands on experience with campaign management tools (Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick Search, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Paid Search landscape – Companies, vendors, tools, strategies, etc.


Desirable Skills:

  • Google AdWords Qualification
  • Experience with B2B clients a plus
  • Experience & knowledge of other media formats within the digital landscape
  • Experience with Call Tracking strategies and solutions
