We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Consumer Experience team within Client Services.  The ideal candidate will work closely with web developers and client project teams (project managers and business analysts) to help coordinate efforts, break down impediments and ensure all deliverable expectations are met.

Key Areas and Responsibilities:

• Works with developers and project stakeholders to plan, assess and create tasks to ensure delivery goals are achieved
• Facilitates and leads daily standup meetings with developers and client project teams keeping to the tasks at hand and enforcing punctuality
• Defines milestones (weekly, monthly, etc.) for supporting development and project teams
• Serves as primary escalation resource for development team for any impediments
• Assists with breaking down complex requests and problems into smaller, manageable tasks
• Manages multiple work streams and project initiatives simultaneously

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience required
• 3-5 years working within a fast-paced development environment
• Web or software development background preferred
• Possesses working knowledge of Agile methodologies; Certified Scrum Master, a strong plus
• Experience leading agile-type meetings such as daily scrum and planning meetings
• Proficient knowledge and experience working with Atlassian suite, such as JIRA
• Experience with managing teams developing on any of the following technologies:
• Languages - HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.
• JavaScript Frameworks - Angular, Backbone
• Familiarity with Web Services (REST, JSON or SOAP)
  • Overseeing multiple technical or development projects simultaneously
  • Assessing resource requirements and making adjustments as necessary

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and inter-personal skills
• Ability to work with strong and dynamic personalities across various cross-functional teams including client services, product management, operations and development
• Works well and keeps composure while under pressure
