Description:

Spring Rewards is seeking a highly-motivated, detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team on a full time basis.  The role will also be responsible for assisting in accounts payable, payroll, travel expenses and month-end close. The person will work directly with our Director of Finance and Administration and department heads.  Working in a high-growth startup requires someone who is comfortable doing a number of different responsibilities as well as working both in teams and without supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and analyze financial and operational reports
• Reconcile and pay all Accounts Payable
• Maintain and improve current accounting procedures
• Administer and keep updated our accounting databases
• Salesforce.com administration
• Month-end reporting and reconciliation of accounts

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-4 years of accounting or finance experience
• Must be comfortable working with accounts payable and journal entries
• Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup, Pivot Tables, knowledge of VBA a plus)
• Must be outgoing and have strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in an unstructured and entrepreneurial environment and without direct supervision in the communities in which Spring operates
