THE ROLE DEFINED

The Staff Accountant is an essential member of the finance team. This individual has a thorough understanding of GAAP and other financial concepts and has a willingness to support the Company’s goals, direction and its SaaS solution.

·         Responsible for assisting in all the company’s finance functions.

·         Manage customer invoicing and collections process.

·         Manage accounts payable function.

·         Focus on general ledger accounting and completion of the month end close.

·         Assist in annual audit.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

·         Desire to work in a fast-paced, growth company environment to meet aggressive business objectives and to create a healthy, scalable business.

·         0 to 5 years of experience with general ledger accounting.

·         Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.

·         BA/BS Degree in accounting.

·         Proficient computer skills including financial systems, experience with Intacct is a plus.

·         Previous experience in the health care industry is a plus.
