At eSpark Learning, we are building the next generation of tools to help students succeed in school and in life. Using data and teacher insight, we curate the best learning resources to create personalized experiences for the Chromebook (Frontier) or iPad (eSpark iPad). The results speak for themselves: students using our products double their rate of expected learning growth within a school year.

Strategic Partnerships Associate

The Strategic Partnerships Associate role is responsible for project managing the lifecycle of our most strategic partnerships to maintain high fidelity of usage and satisfaction among teachers and building leaders, including leading professional development and onsite classroom visits. Throughout the course of the year, Strategic Partnerships Associates work in close collaboration with our Account Managers to support the renewal and expansion of important district accounts across the US.

eSpark is looking for candidates who are passionate about education, have tremendous empathy for teachers and building level leadership, can speak comfortably and confidently in front of large groups of people, have exquisite communication skills, and exhibit high levels of attention to detail. This role requires up to 60% travel.

You will be successful in this role if you can...

  • Manage projects and tasks that require cross-functional collaboration such as student setup, teacher training and device preparation
  • Problem-solve efficiently and provide ad hoc support as necessary to our school partners when issues arise that impact their eSpark implementation
  • Proactively communicate with our partners to keep them abreast of progress pre and post program launch
  • Create and deliver engaging training for teachers that enables them to use Frontier and eSpark confidently and with fidelity
  • Empathize with the challenges a K-8 classroom teacher faces as either a former classroom teacher or someone with exposure to the public education system

This role reports directly to the Director of Partner Success.
