Overview

kCura is a global company with team members who are driven by our customers to build exceptional software for them to use every day. Our product, called Relativity, handles large volumes of data and helps corporations, law firms, and government agencies solve their own unique data problems.

The way we work together is centered on our core values of collaborating, communicating, pushing to exceed expectations (even our own), being humble, and having fun while we do it. We enjoy ourselves, give back, and work (and play) hard together. If this sounds like the place for you, check out the details of this position below.

The kCura Strategy Team is responsible for driving our long-term strategy, owns our execution framework, and works on our most critical strategic and operational challenges. As Strategy and Business Operations Associate, you will work directly with the C-level team. Your work will include strategic and operational projects, a key component of which will be adding rigor, analytics, and structure to all projects (market-sizing, strategic pricing analysis, M&A, demand/growth projections, competitive analysis, process improvement, etc.). You will be exposed to all aspects of the business by working directly with the CEO, CFO, COO, Chief People Officer, VP of Engineering, VP of Sales, etc. This role will require you to react and improvise as necessary, working autonomously to complete both well-defined and largely undefined projects.

Your success will be dependent on your strong problem solving skills, ability to anticipate needs and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. This position requires outstanding communication and follow up, analytical ability, interpersonal and organizational skills, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, sound judgment, discretion, respect for confidentiality, ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing professional, client-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-critical strategic and operational projects partnering with department heads and other leaders in the business from planning through execution/implementation

• Work closely with the CEO and the executive team on smaller but critical "ad-hoc" projects
• Coordinate and co-run executive meetings including weekly operational, monthly strategic, and off-site planning meetings.
• Work directly with leadership to provide meeting and communication support for internal teams, customers, and all kCura (e.g. emails, presentations, decks, communication plans)
• Collaborate across functions (sales, finance, etc.) to coordinate or support additional operational needs
• Additional duties as needed
