Summer Recruiting & HR Intern
SpotHero is seeking a summer Recruiting & HR Intern to help us grow our rapidly expanding team! The focus of this internship will be on recruiting and helping us find the best possible people for our amazing team, but there will also be the opportunity to work on additional HR related projects. We are looking for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in recruiting or human resources, as you will get a lot of exposure to these teams during the internship. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication and organization skills, and love working with people, we want you to join our team!

What you’ll do:
- Work with recruiting team to source, select, interview, and track applicants across 25+ roles in multiple departments. Manage scheduling and candidate communication.
- Become a pro at navigating and managing one of the most advanced ATS systems.
- Update and post job descriptions; create and implement standardized format for all email and job description templates.
- Post, share, and promote SpotHero career opportunities to relevant talent communities.
- Research and provide recommendations on talent solutions.
- Assist in welcoming candidates and coordination of onboarding process for new hires.
- Work with SpotHero’s People (HR) Team to implement and promote company culture.
- Complete various HR projects as needed.

Pre-Requisites:
- Current college student or recent grad.
- Minimum 3.3 GPA required. All majors welcome!
- Strong interest in or previous internships in HR & recruiting; relevant or related educational experience a plus.
- Eagerness to contribute to and learn in a startup environment.
