Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide quick technical support to our internal team
- Manage internal support cases and workload
- Prioritize requests and delegate support work
- Track tasks and fixes to completion
- Respond and follow-up with any team members about requests
- Do small bug fixes and light programming
- Work with product managers on roadmap and project planning
- You have web development experience
- You preferably have Ruby on Rails experience
- You have a strong ability to prioritize tasks
- You are organized and quick to take action
- You have excellent communication skills and can manage busy, company-wide support channels
