 Description
  • Become an invaluable consultant and trusted partner/confidant to your client. Oversee the strategic direction on all media designed for assigned accounts. Maximize your impact on the client’s business.
  • Generate enthusiasm for and commitment to your client’s business among team members. Effectively stimulate your team for maximum productivity and job satisfaction. Gain the confidence and trust of your co-workers.
  • Exhibit the ability to anticipate and solve problems, and ensure quick, meaningful responsiveness to client concerns. Regularly seek client feedback.
  • Maintain clear communication’s channels with brand teams, senior media management, and creative agency partners.
  • Take responsibility for course corrections and professional growth of your direct reports.
  • Keep current with industry trends and proactively keep clients informed of important industry developments and trends.
  • Participate in media department management initiatives (training, personnel, staffing, etc.).

  • Seek ways to increase efficiency and productivity on assigned accounts. Look for win-win solutions.
  • Identify and address key long-term issues for your account(s).
  • Anticipate potential issues and develop an appropriate action plan.
  • Actively contribute original thinking and sound guidance to your brand team.

  • Continually look for ways to guide clients to the right-size budgets based on their performance goals
  • Look for innovative ways of delivering client communications, and extending their advertising message.
  • Develop a relationship with the creative team and pool your knowledge to generate synergistic opportunities.

  • Gain and build a commitment to new ideas and courses of action. Be an agent of change.
