About the Opportunity:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will need to be someone who is self-motivated, learns quickly, and demonstrates the ability to multi-task. This busy role requires the credibility and integrity to maintain confidential, sensitive company and candidate information at all times. Responsibilities and projects will be varied anywhere from administrative to highly analytical in nature and typically will require independent judgment and follow-through with internal and external people and systems.
Some Challenges You’ll Tackle- Support the overall Talent Acquisition function through ownership and administration of centralized employee activities, special projects, college recruiting program and internship program; immigration support, etc.
- Provide reporting and analysis on key Talent Acquisition metrics
- Assist with various training programs as needed – i.e. new hire orientation, interview training, etc.
- Respond to employee and candidate questions and/or redirect inquiries such as benefits, human resources, payroll, etc.to the appropriate team
- Collaborate with cross-functional Human Resource teams; HRIS; Compensation; Training and Organization Development
- Support the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition on projects and day to day tasks as needed
- 1+ years of Human Resource or Recruiting experience
- The ability to act quickly, be flexible, multitask, and manage frequent changes
- A detail orientated mindset while maintaining a heavy workload
- Excellent analytic abilities; ability to track, manage, and report on Talent Acquisition data
- Continuous improvement orientation, ability to identify and overcome barriers to efficiency and effectiveness
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Professionalism and ability to exercise independent judgment and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service skills; able to interact with employees at all levels in a prompt, positive manner
- Proficiency at an intermediate level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
