 Overview:

Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full-service interactive advertising agency, is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead to report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual that is excited about contributing professionally to an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.

 

Summary and Scope:

The Talent Acquisition Lead is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition and Operations teams, recruiting across channels by attracting, assessing, and managing prospective talent for Rise Interactive. The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for all recruiting related activities to build, grow, and nurture candidates for current and future roles at Rise Interactive. The Talent Acquisition Lead will actively source, interview, and manage candidates, throughout the interview and onboarding process. The Talent Acquisition Lead must also ensure complete accuracy of all activities through internal recruiting tools, and leverage technology to improve internal communications with hiring managers and candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities:
Recruiting Activities:
  • Actively review all applicants, and proactively source through various resources including social media, LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases for current and pipeline roles at Rise Interactive.
  • Build and manage candidates within industry specific Talent Pools, to develop authentic, informative, meaningful, fair, and professional relationships with candidates across a variety of levels to ensure active pipeline of candidates.
  • Consistently maintain an active interview schedule of phone and in-person interviews.
  • Execute timely, fair, and relevant interviews and follow up with all candidates
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Achieve assigned goals on a consistent manner– document all candidate workflow activities in the ATS (iCIMS), ensuring accuracy in reporting
Internal Communications:
  • Lead and manage all weekly meetings with internal hiring managers and senior leaders to review open jobs, candidate status, industry updates, and relevant information for hiring top talent on their teams.
  • Identify requirements, skills, and when needed, suggest assessment
  • methods for new roles at Rise. Manage hiring managers’ expectations regarding to process, timing, talent pipelines, and networking opportunities.
  • Execute flawless, timely emails, presentations and in-person meetings
  • with hiring managers, executives.
  • Maintain strong boundaries of confidentiality at all times regarding candidate information.
  • Proactively communicate with internal teams on the status of their new hire, including onboarding activities and managing the candidate pre-employment experience.
Events:
  • Identify and attend relevant networking, recruiting, and industry events for increased candidate exposure, building authentic, meaningful relationships with potential candidates and industry thought leaders.
College Recruiting & Internships:
  • Support team in communication with college and university career centers for internships, entry level employment opportunities, networking events, career fairs, etc.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team for leveraging current Rise employees for alumni networking opportunities.
  • Assist in preparation and attending college career fairs, networking events at targeted colleges. Manage schedule and materials for events onsite and offsite
Required Skills:

 

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within digital marketing, technology, sales, professional services. Google Suite, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • ATS or CRM experience required (iCIMS, Bullhorn, Salesforce.com, Taleo, etc.)Cold-calling, sales, or customer service experience required.

  • Direct management experience preferred for growing talent acquisition team.

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize based on candidate, hiring manager, and project needs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with all email, documents, presentations.
  • Display and manage multiple open requisitions, projects, and initiatives within the talent acquisition space for Rise Interactive.
  • Must display superior writing and verbal communication skills including an excellent phone presence.
  • Authentic individual with impeccable integrity and level of professionalism. Strong interpersonal communication skills and collaborative and outgoing personality.
  • Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment with varying levels of autonomy.
  • Process and data driven: experience in achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals as assigned by Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
  • Positive attitude and relentless drive to have ‘fun’ with the recruiting and candidate relationship process.
