Talent Acquisition Lead
Victory Lap is a technology enabled service company that is solving for the talent shortage and high turnover rates in entry level sales. We’ve developed proprietary models that effectively curate, develop, and connect quality sales candidates with select employers in a hiring marketplace. To date, 93% of students from our program have received a job within 30 days of graduation across 45+ companies in Chicago. Our mission is to help more professionals achieve success sooner in their careers and are growing quickly to be the leaders in the space.
Day to Day Overview
Work with CEO to develop a marketing and recruiting strategy to attract top tier talent and review monthly to address wins and learnings
Build a pipeline of top sales candidates to participate in our intensive sales training program, with the intent of landing a role with one of our employer partners
Screen, interview, and select the best of the best to attend our cohort
Organize and manage a pipeline of hundreds of applicants, and create seamless internal and external recruiting processes
Identify top recruiting and networking opportunities with campuses, nonprofits, corporations, Victory Lap alumni referrals
Lead campus recruiting effort building out an effective ambassador program in the process
Collaborate with internal stakeholders ; marketing, sales, and leadership to achieve monthly goals

1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience is nice, but not necessary
