We are expanding our Talent Acquisition Team and looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Recruiting Team. You’ll proactively identify qualified candidates for multiple positions utilizing diverse sourcing strategies while continually identifying new pipelines through research.

What you’ll do:                                

• Source, engage and present top talent either on a role-specific basis or as part of a wider strategic project/pipelining exercise
• Identify potential candidates using a variety of methods (social recruiting, events, alumni databases, college partnerships, professional networks, candidate referrals, etc.)
• Generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
• Identify and utilize niche sites to find passive candidates
• Keep abreast of trends, developments and industry activity; know the competitive landscape and provide relevant information feeds to the business

What you won’t do:

• Suffer from boredom - your coworkers are a social bunch who are passionate about helping others
• Max out – Partner with Recruiters to create sourcing strategies – build candidate profiles, discuss search strategies

 Who you are:

• Experienced – at least 2-3 years of sourcing experience for a search firm and/or in-house Talent Acquisition Team
• A Sourcing Guru – who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means
