Supervises a team responsible for implementation and administration of human resources programs, policies, transactions and procedures that deliver excellent customer service experiences for our team members. Assists with researching and analyzing new and improving existing programs related to benefits, payroll and HR service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a shared services delivery model for Human Resources.
  • Supervises, develops and coaches the Services team members providing direction, guidance and support on HR programs and processes related to benefits, compensation, payroll and HR systems.
  • Work with HR specialty areas and leadership to provide implementation support for the development of new programs and processes.
  • Identifies, recommends, develops and implements process improvements based on customer feedback and input.
  • Selects, develops and evaluates team members to ensure the efficient operation of the Services function.
  • Implement and maintain metrics/analytics measuring effectiveness of HR service delivery. Uses data to make decision on service improvements resulting in improved customer experiences.
  • Oversees vendor relationships responsible for program administration to ensure high performance levels.
  • Foster and maintain collaborative internal relationships with key HR and business stakeholders.
  • Manage initiatives to drive operational excellence.
  • Prioritize projects and activities and appropriately delegate and allocate work for team members.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience administering HR programs (benefits, payroll, systems etc.)
  • Previous experience leading process improvement projects/teams
  • Prior functional benefits, payroll and HR systems experience
  • Prior vendor management experience
  • Proven analytical abilities


Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
