Tech Learning Coordinator
Reports to: Manager of Learning, Software Engineering
Our Learning Team:
Enova is currently searching for a talented and energetic event and process coordinator to join our Software Engineering team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the learning team (internally referred to as the CODE team- Center for Outreach, Development and Education), responsible for coordinating tech-related learning and community outreach events, and maintaining the supporting process documentation for these activities. You should have a passion for working with a variety of people and a strong interest in tech, as this role will require working closely with software engineers both inside and outside of Enova.
The purpose of the CODE team is to positively impact engineering excellence, happiness, and retention by providing industry leading onboarding, continuous learning opportunities, and deep community connections. We accomplish this by developing a variety of engineering-wide programs including a thorough onboarding curriculum, weekly Tech Talks, hosted tech community meet-ups, and continuous learning opportunities in relevant engineering and finance industry topics.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of onboarding logistics (scheduling, emails, etc.)
Maintain learning team process documentation and wiki pages
Coordinate all learning event logistics (room and calendar scheduling)
Organize community event logistics for meetups and tech talk swaps

Have 2-3 years of experience in an office environment
Thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple-shifting priorities
Have a passion for coordinating people and events with an ability to drive projects to completion
Have a strong interest in web development technologies
Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently
Have strong follow-up skills and high attention to detail
Have superior written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to operate in a proactive, friendly, service oriented and professional manner
Are able to easily establish rapport with all levels of an organization and cultivate relationships.
