BlazePortfolio is seeking an exceptional Implementation Analyst that has what it takes to ensure the success of our clients.  BlazePortfolio delivers streamlined technology solutions to investment professionals. The implementation analyst will become a product expert and will lead implementations of our trade management platform.

The ideal candidate has a background in engineering, IT, finance or accounting with a strong understanding of mathematics.  This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to be one of the early hires of a rapidly growing company.  The implementation analyst will work directly with the company’s president and will have the opportunity to develop and lead their own initiatives.

• Must become a product expert and lead implementations
• Proactively manage client relationships and projects
• Provide technical product support
• Work with sales on product management
• Product functional testing and evaluation (QA)
• Create knowledge base articles
• Develop training materials/program

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or relevant experience
• Self motivated with a strong desire to ensure customer success
• Excellent math skills
• Detailed and creative problem solver
• Strong technical aptitude and highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

• Finance or accounting experience or a very strong understanding of financial products and concepts
• Experience with software development, QA, Database, or DevOps
• Experience with Investment Portfolio Accounting Systems or Trade Order Management Systems
