As a Technical Recruiter, you'll work directly with the Director of Engineering and CTO to build out the engineering and product teams from day one. You'll own the full cycle of recruitment, using both traditional and creative techniques to find and entice talented engineers to join the team. While your core focus will be on recruiting for the technology team, you may also be asked to take on a wide range of roles for the company from time to time, ranging from Sales, Account Management, Learning Design, and other executive roles as well.

No matter what the role, you’ll make sure candidates have a smooth and extremely positive experience at every step of the way, from before they hear about the company until after they have started.

• An experienced technical recruiter -You have significant recruiting experience, with at least two years focused on technical hires. You will bring polish and techniques for seeking and enticing the best talent in the marketplace.
• A marketer - You have a track record of building a company brand and pulling in active candidates through promotion, events, etc.
• An excellent communicator - You're highly collaborative and are able to form a strong partnership with hiring managers and teammates.
