Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to bring passion, work ethic and expertise needed to bring the best tech talent to project44. The right candidate will be a self-starter and bring a variety of strategies to finding top talent.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure project44 hires the best talent in the industry quickly and efficiently
• Source Candidates via:
  • LinkedIn Outreach
  • Networking Events (BuiltIn Chicago, Meetups, etc.)
  • Includes coordinating with p44 leadership on event attendance
  • Job Postings (Indeed, Simply Hired, etc.)
  • Personal Network
  • 3rd Party Recruiters (should comprise fewer than 60% of new hires)
• Screen candidates and lead them through interview process
• Work in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve visibility and automation in recruiting process
• Partner with hiring managers and project44 leadership to ensure recruiting needs are met

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of tech recruiting experience
• Established network and expertise in Chicago startup tech recruiting
• Ability to recruit top-tier engineering talent
• Ability and willingness to organize and attend networking events
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
• Ability to work independently and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
• Ability to see all tasks through to completion, consistently, with a high attention to detail
