Overview
Our startup is building an Artificial Intelligence enabled, scalable, effortless storage system the entire family can use to store, organize and view photos in one place. We launched our first product on Kickstarter and have become one of the top funded projects worldwide. We were named as one of the best startups of 2016 by the Wired Magazine(UK).
On a daily basis, Support Representative needs to maintain and resolve tickets from our users, and work with the development team to resolve issues and escalate tickets to other teams, as necessary.
In this role, you will
We’re a startup with a small team. You’ll join a team truly passionate about how we manage our photos and proud to have customers from 94 different countries. Your role in support will help us improve the user experience. Minumum 25 hour work is required.
Our office is conveniently located in downtown Chicago, close to CTA and Divvy stations. You’ll have the opportunity to live a true startup life.

On a daily basis, Support Representative needs to maintain and resolve tickets from our users, and work with the development team to resolve issues and escalate tickets to other teams, as necessary.
In this role, you will
- Provide first line support to our users by answering emails,
- Troubleshoot issues related to setup, mobile apps, and desktop software,
- Communicate effectively with the development team regarding issues,
- Log bugs into the tracking system,
- Create support documentation,
- Occasionally call users to assist them remotely.
- Strong troubleshooting skills,
- Work with users patiently and help them solve issues with a positive attitude and helpful spirit,
- Solid understanding of computers and network systems,
- Work efficiently, effectively, and independently,
- Excellent communication skills.
