As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for researching and resolving Tier One customer inquiries in an expedient and efficient manner. This Individual will be responsible for resolution documentation as well as root cause analysis reporting and will be cross-utilized as support to multiple departments. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. It is required this individual have a strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times. Must thrive in a team environment and work well with others. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and written correspondence.
