Technology & Operations Talent Coordinator
What You'll Do
- Source candidates for Senior Talent Operations and Technology business
- Work to ensure our team has high satisfaction for both candidates and hiring managers
- Take ownership of day-to-day interactions between the Talent team and candidates
- Use CRM software to track all candidate interactions
- Facilitate communications between recruiters and candidates
- Schedule interviews
- Complete reference checks
- Monitor pre-employment testing
- Administer background checks
- Contribute to and eventually administer employee on-boarding
- Support our office manager with miscellaneous duties as needed
What You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Human Resources or Organization Development emphasis preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a technology environment
- Desire to work in a startup environment, with proactive mindset and minimum need for supervision
- Persistence, go-getter attitude and determination to deliver results
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized and strong work ethic
- Outgoing, personable and fun
- Experience within Human Resources department and with candidate tracking software, Major plus
