 We are excited about expanding our training organization, and looking for experienced “Rock-Star” Sales Trainers who have a proven ability to move the conversion needle from new- hire training through tenured employee performance. UpRight Law Sales Trainers are responsible for content development and delivery for new-hire, advanced, and refresher training for our blended learning (Instructor-led and eLearning) environment. This position reports to the Vice President of Customer Experience and works collaboratively across all verticals.

 Key Qualifications

●       Bachelor’s Degree required

●       Minimum 2-4 years sales training experience

●       High-energy, exceptional facilitation skills

●       Excellent verbal and written skills

●       Experience developing blended learning curricula content

●       Experience using Learning Management Systems, including Quiz and reporting functionality

●       Proven ability to self-develop and research new topics that support sales conversion improvement, with minimal supervision

●       Strong problem solving and analytical skills

●       Demonstrated ability to achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales trainer goals

●       Experience coaching and providing feedback to sales team members and their leaders

●       Ability to create developmental support plans for lower performers

●       Strong work ethic

●       Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced environment

 What you’ll do

●       Develop/make updates to existing curricula and tests, to ensure successful delivery of strong new-hires

●       Facilitate new-hire, advanced, and refresher training sessions to drive conversion improvement

●       Create fun and engaging new-hire incentives that drive conversion performance

●       You will actively listen to live and recorded calls in order to update curricula, tests, and coach assigned trainees

●       Calibrate with sales leaders, to ensure curricula alignment against actual call flow

●       Monitor trainee productivity and motivate them to reach daily goals

●       Provide on-going feedback to leadership and recruiting on quality of new-hire candidates

●       Own and maintain company LMS content and reporting

●       Provide training class data for daily, weekly, and monthly business dashboard reports

●       Ensure compliance with regulatory restrictions and requirements
