At ActiveCampaign our primary goal for design is the customer experience. We take great pride in everything from mockup to implementation, and take the extra time in fine tuning all of the layers of interactivity.
As a UI Designer you'll be responsible for working together with our product and development teams to build new features and components into our core products. You'll join a team of friendly and collaborative designers who believe in sharing ideas to solve complex problems.
What is needed- Strong portfolio illustrating your design process ability to ship a product
- Minimum 5 years experience designing for mobile, native apps, desktop, or web
- Primary knowledge of working in Sketch for UI design and Adobe Illustrator for SVG and Iconography
- You have a respect and knowledge of process and the ability to wireframe, mockup, and iterate
- You have a high attention to detail and believe a pixel off in alignment is unacceptable
- A solid intuition and strong passion for detailed interaction design
- A knack for solving design problems and identifying key areas of improvement
- You work well with product developers and can create design specs to make implementation easy
- You have great interpersonal skills and can collaborate with any department on ideas and solutions
- Meeting with product or development teams to develop solutions to design problems
- Working with other designers and developers to design key core components for our products
- Identifying key areas in the product that can be improved upon
