We are looking for a UI/UX Developer with 3+ years of experience to help develop our real estate predictive analytics platform, Enodo Score.

Candidates must have a high level of proficiency in user interface/user experience design and web development. This will include business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation from business stakeholders and customers, wireframing, prototyping, and coordination of product development using agile methodology between backend developers, data scientists, and real estate industry experts to deliver four product feature releases on an aggressive schedule throughout 2017.

An exceptional level of attention to detail is a must. An ideal candidate will know best practices, can document them, and can work with a dynamic team to ensure all UI/UX development is performed to those standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze user experience challenges and create design solutions that meet business goals
• Analyze application and business domain data requirements and business rules, understanding the data flow from source to screen
• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings
• Recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, and design intuitive applications to support them
• Information architecture and wireframing, and the building of interactive prototypes for in advance of feature releases
• Assume overall responsibility for User Interface design, incorporating usability, comprehensive work flows, applying standards, using various tools to create graphical interfaces for web based applications
• Work directly with business stakeholders, customers, designers, developers, engineers, and data scientists to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time
• Stay up-to-speed on UI/UX trends, as well as corporate and industry standards
• Participate in user testing and design research to gain insight into UI/UX

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 3+ years of UI / UX, graphic, and visual design in a corporate or agency contextn
• Able to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs and ideas from multiple stakeholders with differing opinions
• Understanding and experience in user-centered design processes
• Creative thinker who can effectively innovate big ideas and also work out all the details
• A passion for championing UX and innovation
• Experience moving designs through an agile development process
• Wireframe and prototyping experience
• Skilled in using design, wireframing, and use case tools
• Excellent interaction design skills
• Ability to code quickly and efficiently in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Past experience with Vue.js, Leaflet.js, D3.js and other data visualization libraries
• Experience with Python/Django is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; i.e. technical developers, business leaders, and users
