About You:
You are a software engineer with a background in design and a passion for user experience. You are able to design new and improve existing user interfaces based on data analysis and desired user outcomes. Code quality and maintainability are as important to your approach as style and design. You’re ready to bring high-energy, low-ego brilliance to our small, tight-knit engineering team. You are comfortable with the technologies in our stack. (See below)
Responsibilities:
- Design and code new and existing user interfaces on our customer facing ecommerce store and internal applications.
- Use analytics and data to propose UI/UX enhancements.
- Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with our engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to improve customer outcomes and drive sales growth.
- Execute usability and A/B tests to measure performance on and improve user experiences.
- Help improve and maintain the speed and performance of our application front ends.

- Git Version Control / Jira Agile Project Management
