We are looking for a talented UI / UX Designer who is passionate about solving complex problems and creating smart, beautiful, and polished web and mobile products. 

Responsibilities

●        Create engaging and delightful user experiences that address business, brand, market, and user requirements

●        Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to produce elegant, unique design solutions

●        Work with product managers and engineers to define product features

●        Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes, screen-mockups, etc.

●        Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale

●        Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations

●        From time-to-time, lend a hand with marketing, corporate identity and branding, and ad campaign needs

Requirements

We have a small, tightly knit product and design team, and are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively with others. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

●        Minimum of 5 years of experience

●        Good taste and strong visual design skills

●        Experience producing high-quality visual designs, from concept to production

●        Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, ability to see the big picture

●        Knowledge of interaction design patterns and best practices related to web and mobile design

●        Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced startup environment

●        A degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

●        Dev skills to prototype and / or develop designs into working code is a major plus

●        Experience with Agile / Scrum is a plus
