U.S. Digital Engagement Analytics Manager
This team was recently formed as McDonald's hired its first Chief Digital Officer, who brings deep consumer Internet experience. McDonald's is aggressively looking to grow its digital, web and consumer focused capability by adding top tier talent across the company and within the Global Digital team. The team will work in an entrepreneurial and strategic way to push forward ideas, innovation, execution and culture — all on behalf of customers. Our current needs include seasoned digital, social media and Internet talent in functions including product management, product marketing, digital marketing, community management, business development, user experience design, and program management.

Position Purpose:
McDonald's seeks a Digital Engagement Analytics Manager with expert level proficiency with digital analytics, reporting tools and methodologies including exceptional quantitative skills (data mining, SQL, etc.) to develop measurement strategy/ analytics models for digital commerce and customer engagement, with the ability to develop quantitative marketing models that lead to actionable business insight. This position will report in to the U.S. Digital Engagement Analytics Director.
