We have an insanely good UX team and we're not just saying it. In a previous life, our team has been directors of UX at major the major ad agencies, asked to speak at events, written books and taught at starter schools. We are looking for another super hero willing to help our User Experience teams continue to communicate, coordinate, quality assure, and over-deliver for our roster of top-tier clients.

Eight Bit Studios takes User Experience pretty darn seriously. BUT, we don't do UX for UX's sake. Our UX team collaborates with our design and development teams to almost no end. Our groups spirit animal is the cuttlefish, always blending in with it's environment to uncover the hidden truth in any business model, consumer behavior, goals and preferences.
This position requires a well-raised individual with good karma, boots full of optimism, an eye for the future, and an attitude of gold to effectively represent our team of User Experience, Design and Development professionals building the best products of their careers. No egos. No assholes. Simply justice and the American way.
This is a senior-level position. That means that you will need to show previous experience helping bring awesome things to life (or be damn ready to step it up), have experience in the digital (web or mobile) space, and have examples for how your collaboration with other teams lead to ever-more-gooder things.
