The User Experience Architect (UXA) is responsible for facilitating, generating and executing great user experiences for our clients and their end users. S/he should have strong skills in information architecture, visual design, and interaction design. S/he contributes to the success of the user experience in cross-functional teams that include Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Team Leads and other stakeholders. S/he is responsible for developing UX/IA documentation (site outlines, process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models) for web, desktop and mobile applications. S/he is also responsible for interpreting user input, presenting testing and research feedback and effectively communicates with project teams. A strong understanding of user-centered design processes and interaction design principles to help solve business problems will be critical for success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human Computer Interaction, technology or related field or equivalent experience

• Must have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience creating engaging, multi-platform user experiences that follow a unified design language

• Comfortable using common creative tools such as: Adobe Creative Cloud, Omnigraffle, Axure,  Sketch, and InVision

• Proficiency in visual design systems applied through development of state of the art interactive experiences with a focus on collaboration with designers, developers, and QA professionals

• Proficiency in user mapping, rapid prototyping, taxonomy, and user research

• Familiarity with various enterprise architecture/developer environments such as: ASP.NET/MVC and/or JavaScript SPA frameworks such as: Angular, Aurelia, and ReactJS

• Working with the Lean UX methodology to help agile product teams succeed

• Comprehensive portfolio of previous work

During the last three months, you would have:

• Helped define a consistent visual language that contributed to the UX Design System

• Collaborated with our product teams to conduct research with our customers

• Created innovative high/low fidelity wireframes and prototype solutions that revolutionized our 

user-experiences

• Collaborated with our product teams to create journey maps, personas, and conduct Lean canvas exercises focused on outcomes-based product discovery

• Enjoyed a team atmosphere that extends beyond the walls of the office
