As a UX Architect:

• You will play a critical role in creating the information architecture and interaction design for web sites and web applications

• You will work collaboratively to understand and translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences via user flows and wireframes

• You will have knowledge of best practices in applying UX principles

• Previous consulting experience with an agency is desirable

Responsibilities:

•  Understanding target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translating them into personas, user journeys, navigation maps and wireframes

•  Translating business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences via user flows and wireframes

•  Participating in user research, prototyping and usability testing

•  Collaborating on the development of prototypes for demonstration of concepts to clients and internal business users

•  Developing and documenting detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive interfaces

Qualifications:

•  Demonstrated ability to execute on the IA of complex transactional interfaces, taxonomies and metadata frameworks, and templates for B2B and B2C applications and public facing websites

•  Demonstrated experience conducting or participating in user research and translating user research into design decisions

•  Demonstrated experience using web analytics data to inform design decisions

•  Demonstrated ability to develop big ideas, and execute flawlessly against them in a collaborative environment

Experience Guidelines:

•  Experience communicating with clients and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams

•  Advanced proficiency in a variety of design tools including Visio as well as the MS Office Suite

•  Balsamiq/Axure/OmniGraffle experience is desirable
