Vendor Relationship Manager

The Vendor Relationship team is at the forefront of the growth of Vivid Seats, working to continuously develop our vendor list. Our competitive team is looking to add quantitative and analytical thinkers to our growing team. Do you love crunching numbers but have the personality to be successful in sales? Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a business relationship with new or existing sellers
- Communicate Vivid Seats value proposition to prospective ticket sellers about the value Vivid Seats can bring them as a distribution channel
- Designing solutions and proposals that involve financial modeling
- Work with sellers to promote initiatives designed to benefit all involved parties
- Thoroughly investigate instances where customer/seller experiences are impacted and negotiate resolutions
- Identify areas of weakness in ticket-seller performance and determine solutions
Who we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of professional experience (Sales with strong analytical skills)
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other quantitative field of study
- Outstanding communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Aggressive, persistence and determination to deliver results -- willing to lead the way
- Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
- Proven negotiation skills
- Assertive and professional demeanor
Qualified applicants must have experience in a sales / service position, preferably on a sales team with high expectations. This candidate must be able to work independently with proven results, have confident selling abilities and be detailed oriented.
