ParkWhiz is looking for a Senior Venue Support Specialist who will grow and nurture strategic relationships with venue partners. ParkWhiz has a game changing solution for venues, fully integrated with Ticketmaster, and you will empower venues with the unprecedented ability to provide parking for every fan. You are a highly analytical sales/account management hybrid who will be a key driver to our success. In this important role, you'll take on leadership responsibilities, define best practices, navigate our growth, and make a real impact across our company on a daily basis.


About You:
  • You appreciate live events and possess a solid understanding of the venue ecosystem.
  • You prefer and thrive in unstructured environments as a confident, independent, action oriented problem solver, comfortable asking hard questions to ensure we extract the highest value from our solutions.
  • You know how to create and execute a sales strategy as part of a team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • You are comfortable representing our company as the point of contact for our venues.
  • You strive to deliver outstanding, ongoing management to grow high quality partnerships, and you’re eager to ensure every partner is a strong advocate of our solution.
What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree. Finance or marketing majors are a plus.
  • 3-5 years or relevant experience in sales and account management.
  • Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated, and have a record of exceeding goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work under pressure in high visibility, fast-paced, dynamic, matrix-ed environments, superior problem-solving skills and an inherent “will-to-win”.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation with a proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships as a resource and material subject matter expert to partners.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Customer Relationship Management tools.
