As a designer, you are responsible for the visual brand of Civis Analytics, working cross-functionally with the marketing and product teams to establish a sophisticated and evolving visual language for the company. Civis designers have near-endless opportunities to improve our brand and we welcome your creativity in all aspects of design including concept, content, implementation, and analysis.

AS A DESIGNER YOU WILL- Be encouraged to push the envelope and remain current with design trends and technology
- Manage multiple projects while keeping a keen attention to detail
- Maintain our brand style guide
- Execute product launch digital marketing campaigns
- Hack on project deliverables with Applied Data Scientists
- Collaborate on the visual UI of our products
- Craft beautiful icons, logos, illustrations, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar
- Strong proficiency with design software (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience producing digital assets for advertising
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- A portfolio of representative work demonstrating the above skills
- Interest/experience in data visualization
- Conversant in front-end technologies: CSS and HTML
- Familiarity with Wordpress (or other CMS) and social media management applications
