WHO ARE YOU



You are an entrepreneurial leader with experience building and scaling world class client success teams, processes and systems from the ground up. You’ll work with the entire Enterprise Health Solutions team and a wide variety of cross functional teams to develop innovative strategies that leverage each and every customer interaction to enhance their overall Outcome Health experience. The Enterprise Health Solutions team owns and maintains the relationships with Outcome Health’s largest, strategic health systems and are seen as thought leaders and trusted partners in guiding healthcare organizations to achieve the best patient outcomes in the world. As the leader of the Client Success team, it’s essential that you have implemented a scalable client success structure through creativity and collaboration.

You have a passion for setting the performance bar high, enjoy the responsibility of fast growth and thrive in a culture of innovation. Experience working with highly entrepreneurial, hyper growth organizations is a plus. You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in a progressive customer client success role;
  • Experience building, leading and scaling teams from ground up- preferably in high tech, hyper growth organization;
  • History of forging strong relationships internally and externally, with a level of credibility and enthusiasm;
  • Proven ability to develop a client focused compensation structure and plan for Client Success team;
  • Experience driving high customer retention and increased customer satisfaction;
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment while functioning effectively during change and growth;
  • Results oriented, highly strategic thinker with strong communication skills;
  • Inspirational leader who can lift a team to achieve their highest potential;
  • Experience in creating a client success "playbook" including standard business reviews, scorecards and checklists.
