Leadership
- Oversee strategic direction on all media designed for assigned accounts.
- Keeps current with industry trends and actively pursues advancing our expertise in new media and marketing applications.
- Oversee the professional growth of digital media staff. Building and fostering a work environment that yields strong individual and team performance.
- Take an active role in the management of the department (training, staffing, personnel). Provide motivation, goal setting and evaluation for direct reports, in a timely manner. Ensure timely, productive career management of your Planning team.
- Maintain routine contact with people of authority in the clients’ organizations. Make a continuous, meaningful impact on these individuals -- on behalf of yourself and of the agency
- Inspire confidence in HAVAS MEDIA’s Planning work, people, and resources
- Regularly seek client feedback on the Media department's performance
