Blitsy is a venture-backed startup based in Chicago and we're looking for the best of the best -- specifically, a VP of Marketing who will lead our marketing efforts. 

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for driving Blitsy's overall brand and marketing strategy, in all channels, on a global level. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership across the organization to ensure growth of the brand and drive customer acquisition, retention, as well as engagement.

Responsibilities: 

- lead and drive each of the marketing functional areas to develop innovative strategies that continue to evolve the brand, drive traffic, sales and awareness.

- develop and manage the marketing budget and calendar.

- drive culture and ensure a positive work environment.

- grow the email database and deploy well-rounded tactics that take into account tracking performance and maintaining acceptable customer acquisition costs.

Qualifications:

- bachelors degree in marketing or related discipline

- 10+ years experience in a brand leadership role

- experience driving marketing strategy, ideally in e-commerce
