WHO ARE YOU

The Field Operations group is responsible for the warehousing, fulfillment, outbound, inventory, and installation of our patient-information devices; managing some of the largest cost lines on our company P&L.

The Warehouse Lead will manage the relationship with our 3PL partner and serve as the day-to-day contact for both our 3PL partner and our internal teams. You will own all operational metrics and will be responsible for holding our 3PL partner accountable for their performance against our SLA’s and measure KPI’s to ensure that we meet or exceed our customer expectations. You will partner with key stakeholders to develop reports ensure that they have all of the information they need to make strong business decisions.

You are an energetic and driven supply chain professional obsessed with efficiency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You’ll work Product Hardware, Finance, Accounting and Provider Solutions to ensure our products arrive on time to our members in order to drive impact and action. You will be responsible for working with our Supply Chain and Operations Associate as well as our Inventory and Logistics Manager to create reporting based on core warehouse SLAs. As you become comfortable with our current operation, you will be tasked with larger projects around cost reduction (reducing shipments, reducing damage, reducing missing products, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • Lean/Six Sigma/TPM exposure
  • Direct experience managing a warehouse with cost-quality-speed KPIs 
  • Proven leadership skills that drive organizational and KPI based results
  • Project and/or product management experience in leadership roles. Transparent in approach with a strong process-centric background
  • Able to create process maps, decision trees and the interest in creating/improving these in the future
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationship to influence cross functional teams
  • Candidate should demonstrate flexibility, be willing to wear many hats and be hands on;
  • College degree in engineering, operations, supply chain desired, but not required.
