DialogTech is seeking a dynamic Web Developer to own the development of all web related projects. This person will serve as the key technical resource within Marketing and will be responsible for making creative ideas become a reality for our corporate site as well as any landing pages needed by Marketing. 

Your essential duties and responsibilities will include:

-Identify and translate designs into beautiful, innovative, and workable solutions for interactive mediums
-Design, develop and execute web projects including responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, javascript (including jQuery ) for the Wordpress CMS
-Take graphic layout files or concepts and executing the design into a functional framework for responsive web and mobile projects
-Understand modern UI/UX best practices and implement complex design systems into architecture and pages
-Design and program with current best practices in both comprehension and application for:
    -Methods to ensure browser and device compatibility
    -Methods for graceful degradation for older browsers and devices
-Familiarity with file compression techniques for performance optimization
     CSS file structure, organization and syntax
-Application of user-centered philosophies
-nteraction design
-Develop, test and debug using tools for cross-browser issues on desktop and mobile devices
-Implement interactivity using JQuery or similar library
-Develop for Search Engine Optimization, tagging and marketing tracking
-Execute routine site maintenance
-Work closely with marketing team leaders, designers, content creators, and cross-functionally to create world-class user experience solutions.
-Contribute and collaborate with team members in making key design decisions.
-Demonstrate the ability to quickly execute design work with a high standard for quality within time and technical constraints.
-Provide support when needed with marketing automation and integrations (Marketo, SFDC, etc)
-Collaborate with team when creating, reporting on progress and meeting project/task timelines.
-Daily workload includes but is not limited to:
-Content updates
-Meta information edits/updates/development
-Image manipulation
-Site and/or page design
-Full site code outs
-Plug-in installation
-Trouble-shooting (WP, Databases, Plugins, integrations, etc)

Experience, skills & qualifications you will need:

-4+ years of web development experience
-Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
-Solid understanding of Javascript 
-Extensive knowledge of the Wordpress platform and previous experience managing a Wordpress instance. 
-Experience using GitHub or another comparable tool 
-Experience with PHP a plus 
-Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
-Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
-Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets
-Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to code a WP site from start to finish
-Ability to launch WP site live with all assets in place
-Experience with image manipulation software (i.e. Photoshop, etc)
-BS in computer science or a related field, or relevant work experience.
