Position Details:

Key Areas and Responsibilities:

• Customizes CSG Ascendon suite of HTML Storefront technologies to client specifications
• Partners with project teams to define, gather and implement business requirements
• Assists with solution identification and project estimation and planning activities
• Provides subject-matter expertise for feasibility exercises; escalating potential issues as needed
• Participates in SCRUM activities and standing meetings with clients or internal project teams
• Troubleshoots, analyzes, documents and escalates issues as necessary
• Continuously analyzes workflows and identifies and suggests areas of improvement

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience required
• 1-3 years of experience with web development languages such as JavaScript HTML and CSS is required
• Practical experience working with a variety of JavaScript and CSS libraries and frameworks such as jQuery, AngularJS, BackboneJS and Bootstrap, a strong plus
• Working knowledge of popular version control utilities such as Git or Subversion
• Previous experience using various web service API technologies (REST, JSON and SOAP), a plus
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-based environment as well as independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting acumen
• Ability to effectively and efficiently analyze and break down complex requirements
• Experience working with or developing streaming media technologies, a plus
• Self-motivated interest to research latest technologies, best practices and development strategies, a plus

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing software implementation or maintenance role is preferred
